A Meditation for finding YOUR DIRECTION.

Ive been meditating consistently from the time i was about 20 years old, throughout those seven years, I've experiments with a few different types borrowed from people like Dr. Joe Dispenza and Vishen Lakhiani among others and to some degree had very impactful effects on my life.

After my own explorations and my desire to make meditation as simple as possible for others, I've distill the most essential tools that Ive found to be the foundation for any good practice.

These are the 4 foundational pieces.

  1. ATTENTION - Where you place your attention is where your energy flows.

  2. AWARENESS- Being receptive and sensitive to an ever changing environment.

  3. INTENTION- Using attention and Awareness to then move in the most logical and loving direction.

  4. ACTION- Embodying that intention in the the day to day as you awake from the meditation.

I call this meditation the AAIA Meditation and to some degree I've cut out a great deal of the spiritual mysterious lingo so that i can get through to the masses and anyone who think that it may be far out.

Instead of prayer like what most people do, this one is more about a deep listening to our nervous system and by default looking into all the dreams that would love to be fulfilled.

Desire is the love within you seeking more wholeness and expansion.

Now lets get practical, I'll show you for free just how I do it.

STEP 1.

ATTENTION.

This practice helps bring your attention to the present moment,

START.

Breath deeply into your lower abdomen for about five seconds on the inhale.

hold for about six seconds,

then slowly exhale for about 7 seconds.

This practice calms the part of the nervous system that usually become hyper fixated on the past or future and helps ground the body into the present moment.

24 Repetitions of this practice should be enough for most.

STEP 2.

AWARENESS

This Practice is about deep listening or sensing, its about feeling into our internal biology with curiosity and with out judgement., this awareness can go to multiply places with in your field of awareness but for the sake of finding clarity, place your attention around your heart area. if it helps to put your hand on your chest to sense it better than by all means.

Then with pure curiosity and with out judgements or limitation ask your self, what is my dream? Sit with your question and allow the heart to respond.

anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes

STEP 3.

INTENTION

This step is about using your imaginations and merging it with emotion to picture or feel your self with in an environment as if your dream is fulfilled. for the sake of clarity ask your SELF to stay open for a way of being that will allow you to see the opportunity for something in favor of your dream to arrive.

STEP 4.

ACTION

This practice is about stepping out of the meditation practice and learning how to sustain that feeling in your day to day.

This is often the hard part for most if us, myself included where we make an effort to fall asleep or go back into our subconscious old patterns of inertia.
